Connecting Theory and Practice
I’ve spent the last twenty years broadening my philosophical horizons, exploring the world’s belief systems and elevating my consciousness so I can more positively and purposefully direct my energies and act as a force for positive transformational change in the world.
I have had the honour to study with Masters Mantak Chia, and Abdul Hayy Lammert Holdijk and have been influenced by the work of Hamza Yusef, Ram Dass and Eckhart Tole.
As part of my journey towards enlightenment, I’ve studied the teachings of Sufism, Taoism and Qigong, and have further heightened my spiritual awareness through trusted, age-old shamanic plant medicine ceremonies.
My spiritual path has progressed in parallel with my professional career – each deepening my understanding of the other – to create an even more powerful and harmonious synergy between the physical and the metaphysical. A variety of C-Suite roles with major conglomerates in Europe, the Middle East and Africa means I not only appreciate the pressures of the boardroom but know how to turn them into opportunities for growth and lasting change.
